By accessing or using Acupuncture Digest, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Acupuncture Digest is operated by Acupuncture Digest LLC.

2. Description of Service

Acupuncture Digest is a practitioner directory and practice growth platform for licensed acupuncture and East Asian medicine practitioners. Our services include:

  • Practitioner directory listings
  • Patient education content
  • AI-assisted practice tools (Qi)
  • Research library
  • Self-care educational content

3. Not Medical Advice

All content on Acupuncture Digest is for educational and informational purposes only. Our content is NOT:

  • Medical advice
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment recommendations
  • Emergency care

For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.

4. Practitioner Listings

Practitioner data is sourced from the NPI registry (CMS). Acupuncture Digest does not verify current licensure in real time. Patients should verify practitioner credentials with their state licensing board. Practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their claimed profiles.

5. AI-Generated Content (Qi)

The Qi practice partner is intended for practitioner review only. Important limitations:

  • Qi-generated content must not be published without review and editing by a licensed practitioner
  • Qi output does not constitute medical advice
  • Qi may contain errors and requires professional judgment before use
  • The Qi Receptionist is not a licensed healthcare provider

6. Patient Inquiries

Patient inquiries submitted through Acupuncture Digest are routed to practitioners. Acupuncture Digest is not responsible for practitioner responses or the timeliness thereof. Inquiry information is stored securely. By submitting an inquiry, patients consent to being contacted by the relevant practitioner and Acupuncture Digest.

7. Practitioner Subscriptions

Practitioner accounts are available on monthly or annual subscription plans. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Practitioners who join at a founding rate will have that rate locked as long as their subscription remains active.

8. Intellectual Property

Research summaries and original content on Acupuncture Digest are owned by Acupuncture Digest LLC. Practitioners retain ownership of Qi-generated content they create through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Acupuncture Digest is not liable for:

  • Clinical outcomes resulting from care obtained through our directory
  • Information provided by practitioners on the platform
  • Patient decisions made based on content found on this site
  • Errors in AI-generated content

10. Governing Law
