LV3

Taichong — Great Surge

LV3 is a major point on the Liver meridian, classically used to move stagnant Qi and Blood. In TCM theory, the Liver is associated with smooth flow of emotions and physical tension — making LV3 useful for stress-related patterns.

Where to find it

On the top of the foot, in the valley between the big toe and second toe, about two finger-widths up from the web of the toes.

Slide your finger up from the space between your big and second toes — LV3 is in the depression before the bones meet.
